paroemiologist
\p-'r-m-'ä-l-jist\ n : a student of proverbs

Jameson Frank

If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can't accomplish it. You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.
Rosalyn Carter

So long as there is breath in me, that long I will persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles on success; if I persist long enough I will win.
Og Mandino

  1. You have to eat before you ride. If you don't introduce food, your body will go through stored carbs pretty fast and then start in on muscle.

On race days, I have one egg over easy and four slices of toast. It seems to sit well.
